		<description>That brings up a tricky topic that's been debated for quite awhile now.  Personally, I like working out early morning on an empty stomach.  My belief is that the body will go to the fat supplies to "power" my workout instead of using the food that I would have just eaten.  Of course, others believe that you're not working out to your full potential if you don't have some food in your stomach prior to working out.</description>
