The trap most people fall into (myself included), is that you work out and eat right for the first week, and you don&#039;t see any results.  Then you get discouraged, and you give up.  But if you kick-start your workout plan with one of these detox programs, you&#039;ll lose some weight in the beginning, and the improvements should help keep you motivated.</description>

On the second season of Celebrity Fit Club, Dr. Ian even alluded to the fact that the contestants had gone through some kind of cleanse when they started the season.</description>
