		<description>That brings up a tricky topic that&#039;s been debated for quite awhile now.  Personally, I like working out early morning on an empty stomach.  My belief is that the body will go to the fat supplies to &quot;power&quot; my workout instead of using the food that I would have just eaten.  Of course, others believe that you&#039;re not working out to your full potential if you don&#039;t have some food in your stomach prior to working out.</description>
